Penny Strutton will discuss redundancy from an employee perspective, including the emotional impact of redundancy, its effect on profits, and the importance of maintaining integrity for both company and employee.

Redundancy for Employers
Seb Walker, Employment Law Solicitor from Hopkins, will provide an overview of the legal process and implications of redundancy for the employer.

The seminar will be informal and interactive, and will give you the opportunity to ask the experts about any redundancy related issues.
