THE EXECUTIVE COACHING EXPERIENCE
Your executive coaching programme will be designed around your objectives and will include the following elements :
INITIAL CONSULTATION Agree the process and coaching approach. Identify context for coaching and goals.
LUMINA SPARK/EMOTION Depending on your needs, you will complete a Lumina personality questionnaire which will help guide the programme and your development.
PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT Create programme of sessions with focus themes. This is not prescriptive but provides a structure to work from.
INTERVENTIONS A variety of tools, articles and exercises to be provided when appropriate.
ONGOING SUPPORT Inter-session support via phone and email to facilitate achievement.
