I’m Jose Jimenez-Garcia – a Chartered Environmentalist and sustainability consultant with over 20 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, energy, and environmental management.

I work with clients across rail, highways, and utilities to help them design and deliver projects that meet ambitious sustainability goals – whether that’s cutting carbon, improving biodiversity, or embedding circular economy principles into everyday operations.

I’ve led sustainability on major UK projects for organisations like HS2, National Highways, and National Grid – and I know what it takes to move sustainability from a nice idea to a deliverable outcome.
