JOB EVALUATION We will work with you and members of your team to evaluate the vacant position to identify appropriate competencies, knowledge and experience required to meet the expectations of your business.

RECRUITMENT PACK Developing your job description and person specification as part of a larger recruitment pack helps build a positive employer brand. We will write the document to reflect the role and the organisational culture.

RECRUITMENT STRATEGY Supporting you in building a strategy that effectively reaches a diverse audience is something we are experienced at. Embracing a multi-channel approach to recruitment is critical to engaging a broad pool of candidates.

SELECTION Your selection strategy will be enhanced through utilising Lumina Select. A psychometric tool, it allows candidates to be assessed against 16 competencies, with particular focus on the competencies identified for the role. On completion of an online questionnaire, a 1 page profile enables recruiters to evaluate candidate’s suitability for the role.

ASSESSMENT PREPARATION We build assessment packs through Lumina Select. The system allows you to create your own competency-based questions or access a bank of competency questions appropriate for the role.

ASSESSMENT We can help design and deliver assessment centres and competency based interviews either to deliver alongside you or independently.

TRAINING We provide interview training to ensure your hiring managers are equipped to make effective recruitment decisions.
